A benefit for Chris Mersino is scheduled for June 25 from 1 ? 5 p.m. at More Than Hair located on 5797 S. Main Street in Clarkston. The event features a Cut-A-Thon, bake sale, 50/50 drawings, hot dog and pop sales. All proceeds go to the family.
Mersino, 24, of Clarkston, was injured in a work-related accident while working for Smith’s Disposal this past January. He was in intensive care for three months and remained in the hospital for another two until returning home recently. Mersino has a 4-year-old daughter, Hailee, with his fiancee Ana Moor.
