The Goodrich Village Council will take on a new look this fall.
With bids for the three available council seats due as of 4 p.m. Aug. 15, councilman Rod Pierson elected not to run for another term, ensuring at least one person voted into the council will not be an incumbent.
The five candidates vying for a seat include newcomers Patty Wartella, Diane Fredericks and Gregory Tankersley as well as incumbents Rick Horton and village council president Ed York.
Three candidates will be voted onto the council in the Nov. 7 election.
