The M-24 Access Management Steering Committee will meet at 10 a.m. on Oct. 31 in the meeting room at Township Hall to discuss the comments they received at a recent public hearing.
At that hearing, held on Sept. 21, residents were asked to identify major issues along the corridor, which stretches from I-75 to the Oakland County line.
Orion Township Supervisor Jerry Dywasuk said the upcoming meeting is open to the public, but is not designed to create an open dialogue like the public hearing.
He said it is likely to be the last time the steering committee will meet as a whole.
Members of the steering committee include officials from all five municipalities along the corridor, as well as MDOT and Road Commission representatives.
