The township board approved 12 dates for 2007 holiday closings:
Monday, Jan. 1 – New Year’s Day
Monday, Jan. 15 – MLK Day
Monday, Feb. 19 – Presidents? Day
Friday, April 6 – Good Friday
Monday, May 28 – Memorial Day
Wed., July 4 – Independence Day
Monday, Sept. 3 – Labor Day
Thursday Nov. 22 – Thanksgiving Day
Fri., Nov. 23 – day after Thanksgiving
Monday, Dec. 24 – Christmas Eve
Tuesday, Dec. 25 – Christmas Day
Monday, Dec. 31 – New Year’s Eve
The township offices will be closed on all 12 dates.
Board meetings will continue to take place on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7 p.m., but meetings scheduled for Jan. 1, Jan. 15, Feb. 19 and Sept. 5 (all Monday holidays), will be rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday).
