A 27-year-old Pontiac man was picked up twice by Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies on Saturday, for both trespassing and disorderly conduct.
According to an OCSD report, the man was first arrested in a vacant trailer at the Orion Lakes Mobile Home Park.
He was brought to the Orion substation on Joslyn Road, where he was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct and then released.
A short time later, deputies received a call that a man, matching the subject’s description was lying in the roadway outside the substation.
An ambulance was called to the scene, but the subject ran off on foot, going through nearby yards and telling residents that he had been beaten by police.
The man was eventually found on Joslyn Road near Waldon Road. He was arrested and lodged at the Oakland County Jail.
