Neal and Sarah Williams, Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Ella Anne.
Ella was born Aug. 13 at 4:33 p.m., weighing 6 lbs 14 oz and measuring 18 inches long.
Sarah is the daughter of Dennis and Sandy Ritter of Clarkston. Neal is the son of Neal Sr. and Virginia Williams who reside in Atlanta.
