Independence Township Parks and Recreation hosts their annual Teddy Bear Picnic next Friday morning.
The picnic will be at Clintonwood Park Pavilion from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The picnic will include a story, hot dog lunch, teddy bear craft, game stations, and teddy bear parade.
This year’s theme is sports. Teddy Bears can be dressed in their favorite sports attire for the picnic. The picnic is open to children ages 2-6.
Tickets are $6 for residents and $9 for non-residents and can be purchased at Parks and Recreation, 90 Main Street, Clarkston.
