Outreach East thanks Jeff and Marnee Valley of Valley Tent Rental for the generous donation of food as well as the $209 that was raised from the festival they hosted on Sept. 7. We appreciate the hard work and dedication that was put into this event. The money will be used to purchase additional food supplies and baby items for our pantry.
Outreach East is a non-denominational emergency resource center dedicated to assisting area families with the support of individuals, local businesses, clubs and churches. The number of people from Goodrich receiving food and other assistance through Outreach East has risen from 30 to 167 in the last 12 months.
