Just as everyone should warm up before exercising, so kids should warm up before hitting the streets to trick-or-treat.
More than 100 costumed boys and girls did just that as they went around Seymour Lake Township Park Saturday collecting candy as part of the annual Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree.
Put on by the good folks at Oxford Twp. Parks and Recreation, the pre-Halloween event also featured cider and donuts, free pumpkins and even toys!
The real trick-or-treating will take place this Friday in Oxford Village and Twp. from 6-7:30 p.m. and in the Village of Leonard and Addison Twp. from 6-7 p.m.
Happy haunting! ? CJC
