Dear Editor:
Brandon Township residents are very lucky to have some of the finest First Responders there are.
They came full force and in record time. My experience with them was EXCELLENT! I was sick and not able to move. I called my doctor from the couch. He said I needed treatment. I told him I could not assist. He did not trust me to call and bother 9-1-1, so he called. What a surprise! In minutes there were ten caring First Responders in my living room, as follows: Two Oakland County Sheriff Deputies, four EMS Personnel and four Professional Volunteers. TEN people, all at once. The EMS personnel transported me to North Oakland
Medical Centers in Pontiac, where I made a full recovery. So may I make a formal thank-you for your professional action and compassion.
