House party helps Habitat

Johnna Goodwin, owner of Changing Places Moving and Storage in Waterford, hosted ‘The World’s Biggest House Party,? Nov. 8, at its Hatchery Road warehouse to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County.
The goal was to raise $100,000 to build a home. Guests donated in advance or in person at the event and signed a special 8-foot piece of lumber to be used in the construction of the next Habitat home to be built in Pontiac.
