Rick and Patty Kalso of Lake Orion announce the engagement of their daughter Nicole Kalso to Ryan Grinwis. He is the son of Larry and Priscilla Grinwis of Holland. The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Lake Orion High School and a 1999 graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Public Relations. She is employed at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo. The prospective groom graduated from West Ottawa High School in Holland in 1995 and graduated from WMU in 2000 with a degree in Organizational Communications. He is a logistics manager at Gordo Snowboards/Dub Weather Gear. The wedding will take place in June 2003.
