SCAMP Home Tour to feature five homes

Clarkston SCAMP’s 27th annual home tour is set for Saturday-Sunday, June 6-7.
The tour, which benefits SCAMP’s non-profit summer day camp for impaired children and young adults, kicks off on Patrons? Night at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 6, followed by a reception at Deer Lake Banquet Center at 8 p.m.
Ticket for Patrons? Night are $200 for Platinum patron, $150 for Gold patron, and $100 for Silver patron.
Advanced reservations for Sunday, June 7, is $30 and include a box lunch served at one of the homes. Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. and homes are open, 12-5 p.m. Tickets purchased the day of the event are $30, but will not include a boxed lunch.
The tour features five Clarkston homes, including a sneak peek at a historical home local designers will transform this summer for an inaugural Designers? Showcase Home, open in September.
The historical home will be open during the tour to show the ‘before? view, for an additional donation. Throughout the summer, local designers will decorate rooms to showcase their finished work in September.
Registration for all events is in Depot Park, just west of Main Street, in downtown Clarkston.
SCAMP serves more than 200 special needs children and young adults at the five-week summer day camp. While at camp, SCAMPers participate in a wide range of activities otherwise unavailable to them.
