Clarkston Rotary hosted a picnic for Clarkston SCAMPers, staff, and families, July 20, with lots of food and entertainment.
This summer’s SCAMP hosted 225 campers, enjoying games, art, music, and learning activities at Clarkston Communtiy Schools, swimming and paddle boating at Independence Oaks County Park, and field trips to Independence Fire Department, Dairy Dream, and other places around the community.
“Clarkston SCAMP is simply about making special people smile and offering a summer full of excitement,” said Elanor Hallman of SCAMP. “We couldn’t do it without the help of donors like the Clarkston Rotary.”
