On December 10, 2009, the Lake Orion High School Choirs, directed by Deborah Fristad, will perform a variety of seasonal choral music. The concert will close with the traditional singing of the ‘Hallelujah Chorus? from Handel’s Messiah, accompanied by a select group of instrumental musicians from the Lake Orion Symphonic Band.

The December 10 concert begins as 7:30 p.m., in the Lake Orion High School Performing Arts Center, but a special silent auction will take place in the lobby just outside the auditorium from 6:00 p.m. ? 7:30 p.m., and also during intermission. Silent auction items include various gift cards, HoneyBaked Ham gift certificates, holiday items, and more! All proceeds from the auction will go to support the Vocal Scholarship program for all 3 Lake Orion middle schools, as well as the high school.
