Navy Reserve Seaman Recruit Melissa M. Wingett recently reported for duty at the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center in Virginia Beach, Va. Wingett joined the Navy Reserve in October 2009. She is the daughter of Kathleen M. and Tony E. Wingett of Ortonville.
