Oakland County Parks is looking for volunteers to conduct night frog surveys.
The surveys are at Independence Oaks County Park in Independence Township and Rose Oaks County Park in Holly, from April to June.
A free workshop is held on March 26, from 7-9 p.m. at Wint Nature Center at Independence Oaks.
The workshop will demonstrate the importance of wildlife surveys, how to recognize the calls of singing frogs, and other facets of amphibian survey work.
