Volunteers are needed to help spruce up downtown during Davisburg Beautification Day, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., Saturday, April 24.
They will clean up leaves, trash, and debris from township property including Shultz Park, Davisburg Cemetery, Mill Pond Park, Rotary Park, Fire Station #1, former lumberyard property at Andersonville and Broadway.
They will also plant flowers and spread mulch at Rotary Park during Oakland County Parks and Recreation’s Spring into Flowers event. Springfield Township and Oakland County Parks and Rec provide refreshments. Bring work gloves and gather at Rotary Park.
