Elissa Harrison is still in it to win it.
The 2006 Oxford High School graduate received enough on-line votes to advance to the ‘Sexy 16,? the next round of semifinals in 101.1 WRIF’s search for the 2010 Rock Girl.
Voting at www.wrif.com begins Monday, April 19 and runs through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, May 2.
If Harrison, 22, is selected as the next Rock Girl, she will work at the FM radio station for a full year as an on-air personality delivering traffic reports from 3-7 p.m. Monday through Friday during the DJ Meltdown’s show.
She would also represent the WRIF at concerts, VIP events and other promotions at local bars, nightclubs and retail locations.
For all this, Harrison would earn an annual salary of $40,000.
