A Goodrich couple died following a motorcycle crash July 9 on I-75.
The operator of the motorcycle, Anthony Taliercio, 48, and his wife Karen Taliercio, 48, were northbound on I-75 two miles north of the M-33 exit in Moffatt Township, Arenac County. Anthony Taliercio died at the scene as a result of his injuries. Karen Taliercio was air-lifted from the scene to Saginaw St. Mary’s Hospital. She was transferred to Hurley Medical Center where she died on July 11, according to an obituary.
The couple was married in 1981 and had three children along with one grandchild.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
