n May 13, 2010 ? Terminated for reporting to work May 9 while allegedly smelling of alcohol, intoxicated and unable to perform his duties.
n March 12, 2010 ? Written warning for alleged ‘unprofessional behavior? towards members of the Oxford Police Department and the public while responding to a March 5 call.
n Aug. 28, 2009 ? Received a 16-hour suspension without pay for the following alleged incidents: 1) Allegedly drove a department-provided vehicle while on duty to a Hooters restaurant in Troy; 2) As the training officer for an Aug. 23 ‘live burn? exercise, Roeher allegedly reported for duty dressed in sandals, shorts and a T-shirt in violation of the department dress code; 3) Allegedly violated paid call-in procedures on Aug. 20; and 4) Allegedly failed to perform duties as department training officer by providing monthly reports of North Oakland Training Committee meetings.
n June 25, 2009 ? Received a verbal warning based on a citizen complaint regarding Roeher’s allegedly ‘unprofessional behavior? toward medical personnel at the Oxford Campus of the POH Regional Medical Center.
n June 17, 2009 ? Warning issued after an off-duty Livonia police officer reported to the fire department that he clocked the department vehicle Roeher was allegedly driving in excess of 82 miles per hour on I-94. Roeher was allegedly ‘weaving in and out of traffic.?
n June 16, 2009 ? Written warning for allegedly leaving work without notifying anyone.
n Sept. 24, 2004 ? Written warning for ‘workplace hostility, harassment and intimidation? after several employees complained about Roeher’s alleged behavior in the workplace.
n March 2, 2002 ? Written warning for ‘verbal harassment/hostility in the workplace.? During an investigation of a previous allegation of unprofessional conduct, Roeher allegedly violated a directive from the chief to not contact employees regarding the allegations.
