Randy Wise Ford:committed to service

Klint Anderle, general manager of Randy Wise Ford in Ortonville, is looking forward to a new building for his staff to do business.
Anderle said construction on the building, which is located on the same lot as the current dealership, should begin sometime in the spring. The new facility will feature a full service center with 11 bays and a front end rack.
‘There will be no more chasing parts,? he said.
He also said the staff, which is comprised of 10 people, will continue to do business at the current building until the new one is built. One thing that will not change, regardless of what building they work from, is the staff’s commitment to customer service.
‘The biggest thing is keeping the customer happy,? he said. ‘Once we get them in here, they’re treated the way I want to be treated.?
Anderle said service and sales have more than doubled since Randy Wise bought the former Arrants Ford dealership in November 2004. In addition, he said inventory has been growing, and the dealership has lowered their prices and become more competitive in the marketplace in the past year.
In order to serve their customers better, Randy Wise’s staff can arrange for the customer to pick up their new vehicle on their way home or on their way to work.
As far as new models are concerned, Anderle said the Edge, a crossover vehicle, and the Fusion should be popular items in the coming year. In particular, he said the Fusion has been ‘the talk of the town.?
‘It will be a great seller for Ford,? he said.
