Since March 14, Clarkston School Board have been staying an extra 30 minutes after meetings to work on board operating procedures.
The school board discussed revising policies to improve flow of information from administration to the board, including personnel changes, information requests with the superintendent, and superintendent review.
The next board meeting is April 11, 7 p.m., at the Administration Building located at 6389 Clarkston Road.
