Downtown Oxford’s Centennial Park was packed Saturday afternoon as hundreds of parents and kids flocked to the annual Scarecrow Festival to enjoy live music, shopping, pumpkin carving demonstrations, pets in costumes, kids? crafts and activities, chili, cider and doughnuts, and so much more!
For the last few years, the Scarecrow Festival was dying in terms of business participation and public interest. But the event definitely came roaring back to life this year!
