Lake Orion’s Downtown Development Authority requested permission to use the Village streets for horse drawn carriage rides during the holidays. Additionally, they propsed to have entertainers who will sing on sidewalks or in businesses in the downtown area. The DDA still needed to secure the horse drawn carriage rides through a private vendor and will be working with the Lake Orion Police Department to establish the best and safest route. As the item was part of the consent agenda, it was approved.
