Saturday was not a good day for one Addison Township resident.
On January 28, Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies in Addison Twp. responded to the scene of a home invasion in the 900 block of Pinewood. According to the sheriff’s report, the homeowner left for approximately four hours, and upon returning home, found an unknown individual had forced open the back door and stolen several handguns, rifles and pieces of jewelry.
The homeowner discovered the telephone and cable lines had been cut when he attempted to call 9-1-1.
