The assertion that Hi Hill subdivision homeowners sealed their fate back in 1988 for actions taken in 2005 seems like a stretch to me. 1988 and 2005 are in two completely different centuries. However, it seems that Orion Township feels any decisions and actions taken independently 17 years apart are totally joined at the hip as if they actually happened a week apart. Convoluted logic?
