A man is facing three charges of malicious destruction of property to police equipment after he was caught on videotape puncturing tires on two patrol cars.
Adam Miller, 21, of Madison Heights was arraigned on the charges March 27 after he apparently used a pitchfork to puncture the tires in the early hours of March 23 while Brandon deputies were investigating a party complaint in the 4300 block of Wildwood Loop.
The crime was captured on the police surveillance camera in one of the patrol vehicles.
