Letter to Editor: Thanks for helping clean up twp.

Oxford Township’s 2013 Annual Clean-up Day was a very successful event. This was due to the overwhelming support and participation of local businesses, organizations and residents. A great big thank you goes out to the following participants and contributors:
Young Marines (Megan Bellaris and Hunter Lund); Donna Burns, Patricia Worrall, Helen Barwig; Clubhouse Inspiration, Pastor and members of Holy Cross Lutheran Church; Dominican Mother House (Sister Rash, Sister Birger, Romona Bartley and Roxanne Bartly); Ron Davis, parks and recreation director and staff, Sue Bellairs, Bill Dunn, township supervisor, township trustee, Patti Durr, township trustee, Curtis Wright, township clerk; Oakland County Sheriff’s Department and inmates (trustees, WWAM Program).All other homeowners associations, residents of Oxford, local area church groups and the crew from Odd Job Disposal Inc.

The amount of interest indicates the importance of keeping Oxford Township a clean and attractive community, which continues to be achieved with your ongoing acknowledgement and support. Thank you
