Rain, wind and chilly temperatures didn’t stop folks and families from heading to downtown Oxford Saturday to enjoy all the entertainment and activities the annual Scarecrow Festival had to offer.
Pumpkin decorating and bowling, magic shows, costumes, pets and a straw-bale maze were all part of the fun as Oxford celebrated the fall season with its usual gusto.
