Signs of a rebounding economy are everywhere including Oxford Township where the planning commission recently approved a site plan that will add 84,028 square feet of industrial space to the community.
Ron Iacobelli, owner of the Oxford Industrial Center, located on Adventure Lane, east of M-24 and just north of Oakwood Rd., is planning to construct two additional multi-tenant industrial buildings for light manufacturing purposes.
One building will offer 48,028 square feet of lease space, while the other will have 36,000 square feet available.
Plans for these buildings were originally approved by the planning commission back in August 2008. They were put on hold when the economy crashed.
