Leonard Elementary’s fourth-graders stepped into the shoes of some very famous folks last week by taking part in a living wax museum.
The students have been studying how human innovation impacts the world. They each chose an innovator, researched the person and shared information regarding how he or she helped make the world a better place.
Using costumes and a variety of props, the students portrayed wax figures of their innovators. When visitors to the museum pressed a button, the figures would come to life and tell their stories.
