The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of found property at the Home Depot store on Lapeer Road on July 25.
According to an OCSD report, a 21-year-old man who works at the store was walking along the edge of the parking lot when he noticed several CDs scattered in the edge of the weeds. He observed that several were discs with pornographic pictures on them, along with 8×11 color copied pornographic pictures.
The man said there was also vehicle license plate registration information from two states with the material, as well as a derogatory message to the “cops.” He said addresses were written on each disc, along with a grocery store name.
The man told the OCSD that he had not seen anyone disposing of the property. Deputies collected the CDs and pictures from him.
