Public hearings were held on July 21 for special assessment districts (SADs) for the cost estimate for chloriding Conklin Road, and for the cost estimate for water quality control by chemical weed eradication on Elkhorn Lake.
The Orion Township Board of Trustees authorized the preparation of the special assessment roll for chloriding Conklin from Golfview to Indian Lake. The board will also adopt a resolution for authorization of preparation of the special assessment roll for Elkhorn Lake.
