Oxford High School’s Freda Quayle Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS) inducted 51 new members last week.
NHS Adviser Josh Budden said it was the largest group of inductees in the chapter’s 52-year history.
To join NHS, students must epitomize the organization’s four core beliefs ? scholarship, service, leadership and character. They must also have a grade point average of 3.5 or better and be either a junior or senior.
