Applicant Redwood Acquisition LLC is proposing to develop 31 buildings containing 171 apartments at 3677 S. Lapeer Rd. at the Planning Commission/Board of Trustees public hearing Nov. 19. ‘Meridian Commons? would be built on about 30 acres if approved after several meetings. The public hearing will discuss preliminary zoning arrangements at township hall located at 2525 Joslyn Rd.
