Zalac, Alayna Marie, Age 13 of Lake Orion. November 17, 2014. Cherished daughter of Michael Zalac and Teri Zalac (Jamie) Huff. Loving sister of Madalyn Zalac. Dear step-sister of Madison Huff. Granddaughter of Joe and Judy Zalac and Mary and Alvin Fabris. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her cat Angel. Alayna attended Stadium Elementary and Waldon Middle School. She loved animals and the color purple. She will always be remembered as the Warrior Princess with an electric smile and a hearty laugh, a bit sassy and a splash of deviance. She was a wonderfully poetic writer and mismatched her attire for a creative, unique look. She especially loved spending time with her family. Funeral Mass Friday, November 21, 2014, 11 a.m. with an instate time of 10 a.m. at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 2700 Waldon Rd., Lake Orion. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6-9 p.m. and Thursday 12 – 8 p.m. at the Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion. A private family burial will take place.
