Walking Marie’s Miles finished one more lap at the Clarkston Junior High School track on Saturday as many other teams did during the annual Relay for Life.
The 24-hour event included 17 teams and 173 participants while raising over $30,000.
It also included activities like the Kiddy Carnival, Ice Cream Eating contest, Clarkston Relay’s Got Talent, Road to Recovery Relay, Super Hero Challenge and a game of Quidditch.
Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society’s largest fundraising event to end cancer and is held in communities around the world.
