The Addison Township Board of Trustees, voted unanimously to give final site plan approval for the renovation/expansion of municipal hall at the June 15 meeting. According to the contract, the 10,980-square-foot building was supposed to come in at most $156.75 per square foot, but final bids brought it in lower at roughly $148 per square foot.
‘We’re still well within our budget,? said township Supervisor Bruce Pearson.
