The following items were approved:

1. Agenda

2. Minutes of 6/27/2016

3. Disbursements

4. Wellness stipend policy amendment

5. 2015-2016 budget adjustment

6. Hire Paul Maisano Designs to conduct property file scanning, indexing and electronic media storage and transfer, not to exceed $7,500

7. Establish a $750 DPW winter operations expense account

8. Hire David Matt Jenkins as DDA director.
