2. Minutes of 7/25/2016 and 8/2/2016

3. Disbursements

4. Compensation for John Lyons, interim manager

5. Brandon Township Septemberfest permit (conditional upon receiving road closure details)

6. To increase attorney fee authorization to $8,000 for this fiscal year.
