Regular meeting held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.

Members present: Shirley Kautman-Jones, Teresa Onica, Ann Marie Moore, Barry June, Pat Major

Members absent: None

The Board took the following actions:

1) Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of May 16, 2016 as presented.

2) Received the Treasurer’s report as presented.

3) Approved the payment of the MTA dues in the amount of $5,102.77 not including the legal fees.

4) Honored the warrants and paid the bills as presented.

5) Adopted Ordinance #16-01 Atlas Township Municipal Penalty; Civil Infraction of Appearance Tickets Ordinance.

6) Adopted Ordinance #16-02 an ordinance to amend Atlas Township Ordinances by designating violations as a Municipal Civil Infraction.

7) Adopted Ordinance #16-03 an ordinance providing for municipal civil infractions violations and penalties.

8) Approved request from Goodrich Storage Condos to reduce Planning Commissions fee for June 15, 2016 meeting from $2,200 to $549.00.

9) Directed Township Attorney to create petitions for the Shinanguag East Resurfacing Project and to set a public hearing to create a special assessment district on July 18, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.

10) Approved crack and seal for Meadow View Drive and Pine Meadow Court at an estimated cost of $12,500.00.

11) Approved the chip and seal of Green Road west to M15 to Ridge Road intersection at an estimated cost to the Township of $17,103.66.

12) Concurred with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve Rezoning Case #16-01.

13) Meeting adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
