Children at St. Daniel Catholic Community Church are remembering the needy children this Christmas.
They donated used toys which are still in good condition, and new toys, to children whose parents can’t afford to get them toys this Christmas.
Families gathered Nov. 22 at St. Dans to clean and wrap the toys before delivering the packages to the agencies. They dropped off packages at places such as Lapeer Compassion Center, Almont Senior Center, Almont First Congregational Church, Grandparents taking care of grandchildren and the Emily Hispanic Center.
