Village residents who plan on voting in the general election on March 8 will have to go to a different location.
According to Lake Orion Village Clerk Arlene Nichols, the usual voting poll, the Ehman Center, will not be available on that date.
Nichols has received an OK from the Lake Orion School District to conduct the election in the board room at the school district’s administration office, 315, North Lapeer Street. The building is right next to the Ehman Center.
