Groveland Twp.— On Dec. 9, the Ortonville VFW Post 582 members, Lisa Radke’s Brandon Care Bears and more than 40 volunteers placed 528 wreaths on veterans graves at the Ortonville Cemetery and 96 at Seymour Lake Cemetery.
“Thank you to everyone who donated their time and those who contributed to the wreath fund,” said Dennis Hoffman, post commander. “The funds are used for upkeep and storage. A special thanks to Care Bear Carolyn Murphy for the flag she painted.”
