Veterans and residents gathered at Lakeville Cemetery over the weekend to observe Memorial Day.
Sponsored by the Lakeville Cemetery Auxiliary Society, the moving ceremony included prayers, readings, singing, a 21-gun salute, the laying of a memorial wreath, the playing of Taps and bagpipes filling the air with the sound of Amazing Grace.
