The Independence Township substation has two deputies specifically assigned to work with neighborhood homeowner’s associations to address neighborhood safety issues. This includes items such as preventing home invasions, theft from automobiles, vandalism and speeding.
However, the substation does not have a master list of homeowner’s associations and their representatives in Independence Township.
