Spring Into Reading has invited authors Jerry Pallotta, Dan Greenburg, Gijsbert van Frankenhuyzen, and Rafe Martin to Independence Township.
SIR, a community committee of parents, teachers, media specialists, public librarians, and other community members, bring quality authors and illustrators to students and the public.
An author signing is set for 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, at the Independence Township Public Library, 6495 Clarkston Road. Books will be available for purchase, cash or checks only, and can be signed by the authors that night.
The committee is affiliated with Clarkston parent-teacher groups as well as the Clarkston Foundation.
