Bank One celebrates the grand opening of a new state-of-the-art banking center at Baldwin/Maybee Roads on Aug. 14 in Orion Township..
The 4,000 square foot office at 3515 South Baldwin Road houses a staff of 11. It offers drive-up service plus a 24-hour-drive-up ATM, drive-up night depository and safe deposit boxes.
‘We’re adding this new branch in Orion Township to make it even more convenient for customers to bank with Bank One,? said Hatem Benjamin, Bank One’s Southeast Michigan retail market manager.
‘The branch features our newest layout which is designed to be more comfortable and open and should save our customers time when conducting their banking transactions.?
Bank One devised the banking center layout to reduce customer wait times. It features two teller stations where up to eight tellers can conduct banking transactions.
Conference rooms adjacent to the customer transaction area provide a more private space for relationship bankers to conduct detailed financial discussions with customers.
The office also has a separate counter for commercial customers.
Both the lobby and drive-up areas are open from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
