Bella Casa Interiors

In the Italian language, ‘bella casa? means ‘beautiful home.?
A beautiful home is exactly what you will have after shopping at Bella Casa Interiors located at 38 S. Washington St..
Owned and operated by Renee Romans and her mother/store manager JoAnn, the interior design business moved from Rochester (where it was established in 1992) to downtown Oxford in late 2001.
Bella Casa’s 100-year-old two-story building offers customers the finest quality window, wall and floor coverings, furniture and accessories, along with expert design consultation.
‘We carry everything to make the home beautiful,? JoAnn said. ‘The name reflects what we do.?
The main floor is a showroom featuring an eclectic assortment of fine furniture (such as Bombay chests, bookcases, chairs, sofas, bureaus, armoires, bar-stools, curios and small accent tables) accompanied by accessories such as lamps, wall art, frames, mirrors, the Root line of scented candles, silk floral arrangements made by Ruth Troeger Allen and the Sarah Purifoy Collection of serving dishes and accessories.
‘We always have unique and new products. There’s always something different and priced right,? JoAnn said noting Bella Casa will be conducting a ‘Spring Clearance? sale from March 20 through 29. ‘We’ll be offering customers huge savings. We’re talking 20 to 50 percent off all store items.?
‘We encourage shoppers to come in and browse while they’re waiting for a movie, some Chinese takeout or just strolling through the downtown,? JoAnn said. ‘People are always amazed at what a large store this is once they come inside. You really have to experience it for yourself.?
‘After a customer buys a piece, we can help them find the perfect place for it in their home,? Renee said. ‘I personally bought many of these pieces with certain customers in mind.?
Renee, a Dryden resident, has 20 years experience in interior design.
‘She’s very talented, and I’m not just saying that because I’m her mother,? JoAnn said. ‘She really does have an eye for design and color. She just knows what goes with what.?
Bella Casa specializes in design consultations for everyone from new or remodeling home owners to builders and real estate agents.
